1. Service Description

Rankable provides AI-powered SEO content writing services to B2B SaaS companies. Our services include bottom-of-funnel blog post creation, keyword research, and generative engine optimization (GEO). All deliverables are digital content delivered electronically.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer two subscription plans:

• Starter ($300/month): 2 BOFU blog posts per month, keyword research, 48-hour delivery, 1 revision round.
• Growth ($600/month): 4 BOFU blog posts per month, keyword research + GEO strategy document, competitor gap analysis, 48-hour delivery, 2 revision rounds, monthly performance check-in.

All prices are in USD. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment partner, Razorpay.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscriptions are recurring and billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All payments are in USD and are converted to INR at the prevailing exchange rate for settlement.

4. Delivery

All content deliverables are digital and delivered via email or shared document link (Google Docs or Notion). Standard delivery time is 48 hours from the date of onboarding form submission or content brief confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or unclear onboarding information.

5. Revisions

Starter plan includes 1 round of revisions. Growth plan includes 2 rounds of revisions. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Additional revisions beyond the plan limit may be available at an additional cost.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period. To cancel, email us at hello@gravitasorg.com or manage your subscription through the Razorpay customer portal.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all content delivered to you becomes your intellectual property. You are free to publish, modify, and distribute the content as you see fit. We reserve the right to use anonymized versions of delivered content in our portfolio or as samples, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rankable provides content writing services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Assam, India.
