At Rankable, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Here's our policy on refunds and cancellations:
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at hello@gravitasorg.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive any remaining deliverables for the current paid period.
Refund Policy
- If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and no content has been delivered, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If content has already been delivered in the current billing period, no refund will be issued for that period.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a monthly billing cycle.
Free Sample
Your first blog post is delivered free of charge with no payment required. There is nothing to refund for the free sample.
Dispute Resolution
If you're unhappy with a delivered post, contact us within 7 days for a revision. We offer 1-2 revision rounds depending on your plan. If we cannot resolve the issue, we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
